We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to take on the exciting role of Educational Leader! This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven educator to lead curriculum development, mentor a dedicated team, and contribute to ongoing excellence in early learning at a 75-place centre. About the Role As the Educational Leader , you will: Lead and support the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Collaborate with educators to develop innovative, child-led programs and documentation Coach and mentor team members to enhance pedagogical practices and reflective thinking Play a key role in Quality Improvement Planning (QIP) and centre-wide curriculum decisions Foster respectful partnerships with families, promoting learning continuity between home and centre Remain up to date with current research, theory, and sector developments What We’re Looking For Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Current Working with Children Check Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection certifications Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and the role of Educational Leader under the National Law and Regulations Proven experience mentoring and inspiring educators Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills A commitment to inclusive practices and continuous learning Full Working Rights - this is a permanent role (Mon - Fri) What We Offer $51 per hour (dependent on experience) 2 Days OFF the floor Ongoing professional development and leadership training A supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunities for career progression Well-resourced, spacious, and inspiring learning environments Staff wellbeing initiatives and flexible work arrangements 6 Weeks Annual Leave Apply Today!
